Washington, DC—On September 7, 2012, author Judith Hornok joined WFPG staff and members for an informal conversation on her new book, Modern Arab Women: The New Generation of the United Arab Emirates. For the past eight years, Hornok has divided her time between the Gulf region and her native Vienna, moderating business panels and presenting seminars and workshops for global companies on cultural understanding between the Arab and Western worlds. She also organizes and moderates international business panels for the Federal Economic Chamber of Commerce in Austria and lectures on business in the Gulf states.
