New York, NY—On November 1, 2013, Linda Robinson, senior international policy analyst at RAND, discussed her new book, One Hundred Victories: Special Ops and the Future of American Warfare, . In her remarks, she shared insights from her coverage on the ground in Afghanistan and from interviews with senior defense officials. Robinson described how the role of special operations forces has evolved and discussed the increased use of drones by the United States.
