Member and Guest Reception
Hosted by WFPG Board Member Donna McLarty
Washington, DC—On November 12, 2015, WFPG members and their guests attended a reception to celebrate WFPG’s contributions to promoting women in foreign policy. Hostess and Board Member Donna Cochran McLarty welcomed guests and opened the brief program, which included comments by WFPG President Patricia Ellis, Board Chair Ann Stock, Ambassador Maguy Maccario Doyle of Monaco, and Intern Alumna Erin McGown. During her brief remarks Ambassador Maccario Doyle of Monaco focused on the need for women's empowerment and for women's voices to be heard. Erin McGown shared her experiences interning at the WFPG last year, where she learned how essential the organization's network is to developing the next generation of women leaders.
