Samantha Vinograd is a National Security Analyst at CNN and a Senior Advisor at the Biden Institute at the University of Delaware. Vinograd began her career under President Bush as the Deputy Attaché for the US Department of the Treasury in Iraq and subsequently served on President Obama’s National Security Council as the Director for Iraq, Director for International Economics, and Senior Advisor to the National Security Advisor. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2013, where her work focused on building public-private sector partnerships across a broad range of policy and business issues, and later led Global Public Policy at Stripe. Vinograd serves as an advisor to the US Fund for UNICEF, was named a David E. Rockefeller Fellow at the Trilateral Commission and a Millennium Fellow at the Atlantic Council, and serves on the board of the Women’s Foreign Policy Group. She is the co-founder and Managing Director of Global Opportunity Advisors. @sam_vinograd

Carmen Medina is a former CIA Deputy Director of Intelligence. A 32-year veteran of the Intelligence Community, she is a recognized national and international expert on intelligence analysis, strategic thinking, diversity of thought, and innovation and intrapreneurs in the public sector. From 2005-2007, Medina was part of the executive team that led the CIA’s Analysis Directorate; in her last assignment before retiring she oversaw the CIA’s Lessons Learned program and led the Agency’s first efforts to address the challenges posed by social networks, digital ubiquity, and the emerging culture of collaboration. She was the first CIA executive to conceptualize many IT applications now used by analysts, including blogs, online production, collaborative tools, and Intellipedia, a project she personally greenlighted. Medina is the co-author of the book: Rebels at Work: A Handbook for Leading Change from Within. @milouness

Karen Monaghan, Principal of KJM Analytics LLC, retired as a Senior Federal Executive in the Intelligence Community in 2017, after 32 years of service largely at the Central Intelligence Agency. In 2003, as acting National Intelligence Officer for Economics and Global Issues at the National Intelligence Council she authored SARS: Down but Still a Threat. She is known for being a strategic thinker and writer with broad multidisciplinary and geographic knowledge and experience analyzing economic and political developments in Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America. Her most recent positions at CIA included director level positions in Europe and Eurasia Mission Center, the Global Energy Security Group, and the Political Islam Program. She was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown's MSFS program and was a Visiting Intelligence Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. She holds an MPhil from St. Antony's College at Oxford University and a BA in Political Science/Economics from Vassar College. @KarenMonaghan8

Miyeon Oh is director and senior fellow of the Asia Security Initiative in the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. She has significant experience in both academia and working in the public sector with the United Nations and Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. She was also a Smith Richardson Foundation Strategy and Policy Fellow and a predoctoral fellow at Brookings. Her areas of expertise include energy security, infrastructure development and digital connectivity, and the changing geopolitical and economic landscape in the Indo-Pacific driven by US-China strategic competition. Dr. Oh has published numerous articles including “How Energy Infrastructure is Shaping Geopolitics in East Asia” and “A Strategy of the Trans-Pacific Century: Final Report of the Atlantic Council's Asia-Pacific Strategy Task Force.” She holds a PhD from John Hopkins SAIS and master's degrees from both the Harvard Kennedy School and Yonsei University in Korea. @MiyeonOhDC

Jennifer Griffin (Moderator) has served as FOX News’ national security correspondent since 2007. Based at the Pentagon, she questions senior military leaders, travels to war zones and reports on all aspects of the military, including the wars against ISIS and Al Qaeda. Her recent coverage has included the impacts of COVID-19 on the military as well as tensions with China and Iran. Griffin joined Fox News Channel in 1999 as a Jerusalem-based Middle East correspondent. Prior to joining FNC, Griffin covered the Middle East region for several American media organizations including National Public Radio and US News and World Report. During her 15 years as a foreign correspondent, she lived and worked in South Africa, Pakistan, Cyprus, Russia, and Israel. Griffin is co-author of "This Burning Land: Lessons from the Frontlines of the Transformed Israeli-Palestinian Conflict," which she wrote with her husband Greg Myre. @JenGriffinFNC
