Join us on December 3rd for our 2019 Celebrating Women Leaders Luncheon! This year WFPG will highlight three phenomenal international security professionals and hear their insights on national security. The program will include a conversation with Ambassador Susan Rice, 24th US National Security Advisor (2013-2017), and USA Today Washington Bureau Chief Susan Page on Ambassador Rice's new book Tough Love: My Story of the Things Worth Fighting For, as well as a fireside chat on the future of national security with Hon. Susan Gordon, Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence (2017-2019), Hon. Andrea Thompson, Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Affairs (2018-2019), and New York Times Washington Bureau Chief Elisabeth Bumiller. The luncheon will be followed by a book signing with Ambassador Rice.
WFPG’s Celebrating Women Leaders Luncheons honor prominent women officials and international leaders who shape foreign policy and international decision-making. This hallmark WFPG event attracts a distinguished audience of leaders, ambassadors, and officials in the US foreign policy community. Support like yours enables us to continue highlighting and supporting women’s voices and leadership throughout the year through our substantive international issues programming and mentoring activities.
